Stiamo raggiungendo quel delizioso periodo dell’anno in cui ci riuniamo tutti per celebrare l’Oktoberfest. Ma prima che partite col saluto e prendete il primo boccale, volevamo darvi l’annuncio di un nuovo concorso per aiutarvi a far iniziare il vostro festival in stile League of Legends.
Quando vi mettete il vostro lederhosen per la celebrazione di quest’anno, assicuratevi di avere pronta la fotocamera, perché potreste vincere una super-speciale e top secret sorpresa oktoberfest se mandate una foto al Concorso Foto Oktoberfest.
Queste sono le regole:
- La vostra foto deve essere mandata entro il 26 Settembre, 2012 alle 23:59 UK Time in formato .png o .jpg con una risoluzione minima di 1280×720.
- Nessuna modifica alla foto! Questo è un concorso speciale su voi e il vostro personale stile di celebrazione, quindi non aggiungete niente di artificiale – neanche una frase! Abbiamo questi mastini specialmente addestrati che possono sentire l’odore di qualunque fotomontaggio, quindi vi scopriremo
- Ci dovrebbe essere molto divertimento in atto, probabilmente che riguarda i vostri amici e famiglia che si divertono con cibo, giochi o altri svaghi da vacanza. Punti bonus se le vostre festività da Oktoberfest coinvolgono giocare a League of Legends.
- Per poter partecipare dovete vivere e giocare in Europa. Prenderemo anche stranieri, ma sfortunatamente per tutti voi Nord Americani entusiasti dei pantaloni di pelle questo è solo per i vostri compagni dall’altra parte dell’oceano.
- Per mantenere sufficientemente alto lo spirito dell’Oktoberfest, un cappello bavarese deve essere visibile da qualche parte nella foto – preferibilmente sulla vostra testa, ma se avete altre idee usatele pure. Se non avete un cappello bavarese disponibile al momento, potete mettere le vostre abilità alla prova seguendo queste istruzioni per farne uno.
- Vogliamo che vi divertiate, ma siamo un gioco per minorenni (Pegi-12) e le vostre fotografie devono essere appropriate per l’età di chiunque ci guarda. Se siete completamente nudi, state commettendo un grosso crimine, o state facendo qualcosa di scandaloso, questo crea molto potenziale nastro rosso per noi. Preferiremmo non causare un incidente internazionale, quindi fate attenzione!
Dopo la scadenza del 26/9, ristringeremo la competizione a 20 foto e poi lasceremo decidere a voi quale summoner sta avendo l’Oktoberfest piu epico. Il vincitore riceverà una custodia di smartphone con impresso il logo di League of Legends, e distribuiremo 3000 RP assieme ad una speciale skin in tema di Oktoberfest ai primi cinque.

We’re coming up on that delicious time of year when we all gather together to celebrate Oktoberfest. But before you fire off the salute and tap that first keg, we wanted to give you the low down on a new contest to help you get your festival started League of Legends-style.
When you strap on your lederhosen for this year’s celebration, make sure you’ve got your camera ready, because you could win a super-special, top-secret Oktoberfest surprise if you submit a photo to the Oktoberfest Photo Contest.
Here are the rules:
- Your photo must be submitted by September 26, 2012 at 23:59 UK Time in either .png or .jpgformat with a minimum resolution of 1280×720.
- No photo-editing! This is a photo contest about you and your personal celebratory style, so don’t add anything artificial – not even a caption! We have specially trained bloodhounds going over your entries that can nose out any photoshopping shenanigans, so we will find you.
- There should be much merriment taking place, probably involving your friends and family partaking of food, games, or other holiday delights. Bonus points if your Oktoberfest festivities involve playing League of Legends.
- You’ve got to be currently living and playing in Europe to enter. We’ll take expats, but unfortunately for all you North American leather-pants enthusiasts this is only for your comrades across the pond.
- To keep the Oktoberfest spirits appropriate high, a Bavarian hat must be visible somewhere in the picture – preferably on your head, but if you’ve got other ideas, go for it. If you don’t have a Bavarian hat readily available, you can put your arts and crafts skills to the test following these instructions on how to make one.
- We want you to have fun, but we’re a Pegi-12 game and your photograph has to be age-appropriate for all of our viewers. If you’re stark naked, committing a major crime, or otherwise engaging in something scandalous it creates a lot of potential red tape for us. We’d rather not cause an international incident, so keep it clean!
After the deadline on 26/9, we’ll be narrowing the competition down to the top 20 photos and then let you decide which summoner is having the most epic Oktoberfest. The grand prize winner will receive acustom smartphone case emblazoned with the League of Legends logo, and we’ll be doling out 3000 RP along with a special, Oktoberfest-themed skin to the top five.
