Sono tornati più forti e uniti di prima, più carichi e pronti per nuove sfide; di chi stiamo parlando? Semplice, del team MiT Fire!
Come ben sapete i MiT Fire, composti da Slimmpy, aurelzz, Kenetaro, Barracoon e vANEZ, hanno partecipato, la scorsa settimana, al Dreamhack di Valencia ottenendo come risultato il 5° posto. Le partite sono state intese ed impegnative, l’esperienza è stata unica ed incredibile e la voglia di fare/dare di più è aumentata; insomma, un gran bel viaggio che aldilà del risultato ha riportato a casa questi ragazzi con una carica in più!
Bando alla ciance, lasciamo che siano loro a raccontarci questa esperienza tramite una piccola intervista.
Innanzitutto, com’è andato il viaggio a Valencia? Eri ansioso, emozionato o preoccupato per l’evento che stavi per andare a disputare?
MiT Slimppy: Il mio viaggio a Valencia è stato semplicemente fantastico, è sempre un’esperienza incredibile viaggiare e incontrare persone. Anche se ci sono stati alcuni problemi di organizzazione (questo Marco…), ho davvero trascorso un buon viaggio a Valencia con i ragazzi che io considero ormai come amici.
Ero un po’ nervoso per giocare lì perché è stato il mio primo evento reale, ma lo stress è scomparso subito quando ho iniziato a giocare.
MiT aurelzz: Ho viaggiato con slimppy, tutto è andato bene. Ero così eccitato di andare al Dreamhack di Valencia… è stato il mio primo grande evento in offline. Quando siamo arrivati all’aeroporto di Valencia vANEZ e Kenetaro ci stavano aspettando e siamo andati in albergo per incontrare Barracoon e il manager Thzio.
MiT Kenetaro: Il mio viaggio è stato molto costoso. Ho pagato molto per il volo.
Io non ero ansioso, emozionato o preoccupato. E’ stato bello incontrare i ragazzi.
MiT Barracoon: Il viaggio, l’alloggio e il vitto sono stati eccezionali: ci siamo divertiti. Nessuna delle tre. Ero felice di incontrare finalmente dal vivo i membri del mio team, e speravo di utilizzare questa esperienza in maniera educativa per me e per la squadra.
MiT vANEZ: Il viaggio è stato tranquillo , nessun problema durante tutto il tragitto. Ero emozionato all’idea di partecipare ad un evento quale il dreamhack.
Come sono stati i giorni passati lì?
Mit Slimppy: Questi giorni sono stati divertenti ma un pò lunghi, perché ci sono stati alcuni problemi di organizzazione e aspettare molto tempo senza fare nulla è stato piuttosto fastidioso però abbiamo passato molto tempo insieme ed è stato davvero prezioso.
Mit aurelzz: I giorni trascorsi a Valencia sono stati abbastanza belli, ho conosciuto splendide persone e ora so che siamo in grado di fare qualcosa di importante se lavoriamo per questo. Non abbiamo visitato molto il posto perchè siamo stati Valencia da sabato a lunedì mattina presto; siamo stati tutto il tempo con altri giocatori della squadra quindi è stato tutto eccezionale.
MiT Kenetaro: Ho giocato con loro tutto il giorno. In questi 4 giorni sono stato tutto il tempo a giocare con la mia squadra.
MiT Barracoon: Divertenti nel complesso, peccato per i risultati.
MiT vANEZ: Fantastici, siamo stati davvero bene , l’hotel era davvero bello con camere spaziose , un posto davvero stupendo dove abbiamo passato fantastici momenti , davvero una bella esperienza.
Questo era il tuo primo incontro con il team al completo? Se si, che impressione hai avuto?
MiT Slimppy: E ‘stato il mio primo incontro con la maggior parte della squadra (anche se conosco aurelzz da tanto tempo), quindi penso che eravamo tutti un po’ stressati (tranne Barra… Nessuno sa cosa lo può stressare :P). Ho scoperto ragazzi molto interessanti con cui ho trascorso dei bei momenti.
MiT aurelzz: E ‘stato il primo incontro con il team, eccetto con Slimppy che è mio cugino, queste persone sono veramente fantastiche… meno che Barracoon che voleva spararmi con un frisbee dopo le partite del girone ahahahah
MiT Kenetaro: Ho incontrato il mio team per la prima volta e ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene.
MiT Barracoon: Avevo già conosciuto Vanez, gli altri mi sono sembrati tutti dei bravi ragazzi.
MiT vANEZ: Quasi, avevo già incontrato Barracoon avendo partecipato entrambi ai WCG a Roma. Era invece la prima volta per gli altri , è sempre bello incontrare gli stessi amici con i quali parli ogni giorno.
Come sono andate le partite? Che risultato avete portato a casa?
Mit Slimppy: Il gioco era molto intenso. Il gruppo era molto difficile, quindi ogni partita è stata giocata fino alla fine, ma abbiamo fatto qualche errore che non doveva essere fatto se si vuole vincere questo tipo di evento. Credo che non possiamo essere delusi dalle partite che abbiamo fatto, perché non abbiamo avuto il tempo necessario per allenarci per questo evento.
MiT aurelzz: Il gioco non era male, abbiamo appena fatto un errore che ci è costato la partita. Le partite sono state giocate ed eravamo nel girone più difficile. Comunque abbiamo fatto bene anche se abbiamo perso. Abbiamo visto che potevamo fare qualcosa di concreto se ci fossimo allenati di più, perchè non si può formare il team due settimane prima del torneo (per vari motivi).
MiT Kenetaro: Abbiamo giocato bene le partite ma la nostra comunicazione durante i teamfight non era davvero buona. Abbiamo perso 2 game su 3.
MiT Barracoon: No comment.
MiT vANEZ: Purtroppo abbiamo vinto una sola partita e perse le restanti 2 , ciò non ci ha permesso di passare la fase a gironi. E’ stato piuttosto frustrante ma bisogna saper anche perdere e abbiamo imparato molto.
A prescindere dal risultato come ti è sembrato l’assetto del team? Potevate dare di più?
Mit Slimppy: Credo che abbiamo portato a casa una nuova mentalità, vogliamo dimostrare a tutti che i MiT saranno una squadra che deve essere rispettata e abbiamo il potenziale per farlo. Siamo in grado di fare di meglio e lo faremo.
MiT aurelzz: L’atteggiamento della squadra è stato ok, sappiamo di aver giocato bene e abbiamo appena perso a causa di qualche errore, ma è stato bello per una prima volta.
MiT Kenetaro: Abbiamo giocato bene ed era il nostro primo incontro, io non penso che siamo andati così male a Valencia.
MiT Barracoon: Sicuramente. Sono assolutamente sicuro del fatto che è stata l’emozione da lan a non farci performare come ci eravamo prefissati.
MiT vANEZ: Compatti anche se molto tesi da un evento live. Potevamo sicuramente dare di più , ma come prima prova non sono totalmente deluso.
Ci puoi dare un parere riguardo la location scelta per l’organizzazione?
Mit Slimppy: L’hotel era molto ben selezionato, le camere erano molto belle ed era molto ben ubicato: infatti si trovava davvero vicino l’evento. Ma come ho detto abbiamo avuto qualche problema ad organizzare la nostra giornata perché abbiamo perso troppo tempo cercando di trovare alcuni computer per praticare un pò. Penso che sia davvero difficile pianificare il nostro primo evento alla perfezione quindi, anche se abbiamo avuto qualche problema, ringrazio Marco per il viaggio.
MiT Aurelzz: La locazione del Dreamhack era abbastanza buona e il nostro hotel era a 5 minuti a piedi da esso quindi è stato abbastanza soddisfacente. L’organizzazione non era così buona, un sacco di attesa all’entrata del Dreamhack; abbiamo dovuto aspettare per ottenere l’accesso per l’evento. Abbiamo giocato alle 21,00 invece delle 17,00 o qualcosa del genere, ed ero piuttosto stanco perché non abbiamo dormito molto dal momento che dovevamo “svegliarci alle 07.00, far colazione alle 08.00” abbiamo finalmente fatto colazione alle ore 13.00 XD Ero davvero affamato e ho dovuto aspettare di più per il gioco, perchè non c’era niente da fare nel frattempo 🙁
MiT Kenetaro: La location e l’organizzazione erano buone.
MiT Barracoon: L’organizzazione non era assolutamente comparabile alle altre lan alle quali ho avuto la possibilità di partecipare. Dal nome che il Dreamhack si porta, tuttavia, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più.
MiT vANEZ: Molto bella , la location era enorme anche se potevano essere studiati meglio alcuni particolari riguardanti la posizione dei vari stage.
Come descriveresti questa esperienza?
Mit Slimppy: Questa esperienza ci farà crescere, come una squadra e personalmente.
MiT aurelzz: E ‘stata una bella esperienza, è stato il più grande evento che ho fatto per il momento, ho tanta voglia di fare più tornei offline con il team, penso che possiamo che possiamo raggiungere la vetta se solo ci allenassimo di più e parlassimo di più nei combattimenti. È stato bello lo stesso anche se abbiamo perso, è stato un buon momento con altri giocatori della squadra e degli altri gruppi. E sempre bello vedere altri giocatori in LAN, perché, dal vivo, non è la stessa cosa.
MiT Kenetaro: Questa era la mia prima volta in una LAN per League of Legends.
MiT Barracoon: Educativa.
MiT vANEZ: Costruttiva , abbiamo imparato molto e abbiamo preso maggior confidenza tra di noi , speriamo di poter rifarci al più presto.

Cosa hai provato quando hai visto questo nuovo hardware pronto per te? Che impressione ti ha dato durante i game?
Mit Slimppy: Sì, c’è stata questa sorpresa appena arrivati a Valencia. In primo luogo vorrei ringraziare Corsair per i regali, si tratta di articoli di altissima qualità a mio parere. Ma è sempre molto difficile giocare un evento con un hardware che non è mai stato usato prima (alcune persone hanno sprecato qualche flash a causa dei nuovi hardware :P). Ma ora posso dire che questi hardware si adattano bene per i giocatori e per il prossimo evento sarò pronto per utilizzarli al meglio del loro potenziale.
MiT aurelzz: Mi sentivo così bene, quando ho visto questo nuovo hardware, in particolare per le cuffie così diverse dalle mie (slimppy sa di cosa sto parlando :D), il suono è così buono e ti isola dal mondo esterno in modo che possiamo mettere a fuoco e non farci turbare da ciò che succede attorno. Ho avuto un mouse ed una tastiera simile a quelle con cui sono abituato a giocare e le sto usando tutt’ora.
MiT Kenetaro: L’hardware Corsair è veramente bello e sono stato felice di trovarlo. Mi trovo bene a giocare con questi prodotti.
MiT Barracoon: La prima impressione è stata sicuramente positiva. Siamo stati felici della sorpresa che ci ha fatto Corsair. Personalmente sto ancora utilizzando l’hardware (come credo tutto il resto del team). Non posso dire di trovarmi ancora bene, ma come si sa, ci vuole tempo per abituarsi a delle nuove periferiche. Tuttavia ringrazio ancora Corsair.
MiT vANEZ: E’ stato fantastico, l’hardware era tutto eccellente , cuffie perfette per isolare al meglio il rumore e l’accoppiata tastiera/mouse davvero performante, un bellissimo kit.

How you well know MiT Fire, composed by Slimmpy, aurelzz, Kenetaro, Barracoon and vANEZ, last week took part at Valencia’s Dreamhack resulting in the 5th place. The games were intense and challenging, the experience was unique and incredible and the desire to do and give more increased, in short, a great journey that beyond the result brought home these guys with a new charge! We have talked enough; we let them tell us about this experience through this little interview.
First of all, how was your trip to Valencia? Were You anxious, excited or worried about the event You’re going to play?
MiT Slimppy: My trip to valencia was just awsome, you know it s always an incredible experience to travel and meet people. Even if there were some organisation problems ( dis marco 😛 ) i really spend a good journey in valencia with guys which i consider now as friends.I was a bit nervous to play there because it was my first real event but the stress disappear the first second when you begin the game.
MiT aurelzz: I have travelled with slimppy, everything was fine I was so excited to go at dreamhack valencia, it was my first big event offline. When we arrived at valencia airport vanez and kenetaro was waiting us and we went to the hotel to meet barracoon and the manager thzio.
MiT Kenetaro: My trip was really expensive. I pay to much for the fly. I was not anxious, excited or worry. That was cool to meet the guys.
MiT Barracoon: The travel, accommodation and meals were exceptional: we had fun. None of the three. I was happy to finally meet live the members of my team, and I was hoping to use this experience in an education for me and for the team.
MiT vANEZ: The trip was quiet, no problem at all points. I was excited to participate in an event such as Dreamhack.
How were the days You spent there?
MiT Slimppy: The days was cool but kinda long because there were some problem of organisation and we wait long time without doing anything and that was quite annoying. But we spend a lot of time together and it was really precious moments
MiT aurelzz: The days i spent in valencia was pretty good, I met good people and now i know that we can do something rly good if we work for it. We didnt have visit to much cause we was in valencia from saturday to monday early morning but we was all the time with others players of the team so it was pretty cool.
MiT Kenetaro: I played with them all day. I was all the time with my team on these 4 days.
MiT Barracoon: Fun in the complex, shame about the results.
MiT vANEZ: Fantastic, really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was really nice with spacious rooms, a really beautiful place where we spent a fantastic time, a great experience.
Was this Your first meeting with the whole team? If yes, what impression did You have?
MiT Slimppy: It was my first meet with the most part of the team ( indeed i know aurelzz for a long time ), so i think we were all a bit stressed you know ( except barra but i don t know what can stress this guy 😛 ), but i discover very interessant guys with who i spend good times.
MiT aurelzz: It was the first meeting with the whole team exept with slimppy who is my cousin, those people are really nice exept maybe barracoon who wanted to shoot me after the group matches at hottel with a frisbee hahahaha.
MiT Kenetaro: I meet my Team first time and i think we got along well.
MiT Barracoon: I had already met Vanez, the other seemed to me all the good guys.
MiT vANEZ: Almost, I had already met Barracoon having participated in both the WCG in Rome. Instead, it was the first time for others, it is always nice to meet the same friends with whom you speak every day.
How were the games? What results have You bring to home?
MiT Slimppy: The games was very intensive. The group we had was very hard , so each match was very close, but we made some mistake which cant be made if you want to win those kind of event. I think we cant be desapointed by games we made, because we couldnt have train that much before this event.
MiT aurelzz: The game wasn’t that bad, we just did some mistake who cost us the games. The games were really close we was in the harder groups. But anyway we did great same if we lost. We seen that we could do something if we train more, cause we cannot train the 2weeks before tournament cause of some reason…
MiT Kenetaro: We played well this games but our comunnication was not really good in Teamfights. We lost 2 of our 3 games.
MiT Barracoon: No comment.
MiT vANEZ: Unfortunately, we won one game and lost the other two, it did not allow us to pass the group stage. it was pretty frustrating but we must also know how to lose and we learned a lot.
Whatever the outcome, what did you think about the attitude of the team? Could you do better?
MiT Slimppy: I think we brought home a new mentality, you know we want to prove everyone that MiT will be a team which must be respected and we have the potential to do it. We can do better and we will.
MiT aurelzz: The attitude of the team was ok, they knew we played well and we just lost cause of some mistake but it was nice for a first time.
MiT Kenetaro: We played well and we meet first time so i don´t think we do so bad at Valencia
MiT Barracoon: Absolutely. I’m sure that emotion by lan struck our performances letting us make worse.
MiT vANEZ: Compact although very tense from a live event. We could definitely give you more, but as the first test I’m not totally disappointed.
Can you give us an opinion on the location chosen and the organization of the event?
MiT Slimppy: The hotel was very well selected, bcause the rooms were very nice and was very well located because we were really near the event. But like i said we had some probems to organize our day cause we waste too much time by trying to find some computers to practice a bit. I think it s really hard to plan your first event prefectly so even with those problem i would especially thanks Marco who make us spend a very good journey.
MiT aurelzz: The location of the dreamhack was pretty good and our hotel was at 5mins by walking so it was pretty fine. About the organization it was not that good, a lot of wait at dreamhack to enter in cause we had to wait to get the acces for event. We played around 21.00 instead of 17.00 or something like that, and we was pretty tired because we didnt sleep to much since we have to “wake up at 07.00; breakfast at 08.00” we finally had breakfast at 13.00 XDD So we was so angry and had to wait to much for play, cause there was nothing to do for wait. 🙁
MiT Kenetaro: The location and organization was good in the event.
MiT Barracoon: The organization was in no way comparable to other lan that I have had the opportunity to participate. Named after the Dreamhack goes, however, I would expect something more.
MiT vANEZ: Very nice, the location was great although they could studied better some details of the location of the various stages.
How would you describe the experience?
MiT Slimppy: This experience will make us grow up, as a team and personally.
MiT aurelzz: That was a good experience here, it was the biggest event I did for the moment, i really want to do more offline tournament with this team, I think we can go to the top with this team if we just train more and speak more in fights. Same if we lost it was really good, it was a good moment with others players of the team and of the others teams like. Its always good to see other player in lans, because they are not the same.
MiT Kenetaro: This was my first time at a Lan for League of Legends.
MiT Barracoon: Education.
MiT vANEZ: Constructive, we learned a lot and we got more confidence between us, we hope to make up as soon as possible.

How did you feel when you saw this new hardware ready for you? What impression you gave during the game?
MiT Slimppy: Yeah, there was this surprise we we arrive in valencia. First i would thanks corsair for the gifts, this is very high quality articles in my opinion. But it s always very hard to play an event with hardware you never used before ( some people waste some flash cause of it 😛 ). But now i can tell that this hardware are well adapted for the gamers and for the next event i will be ready to use all there potential .
MiT aurelzz: I felt so good when i saw this new hardware especially for the headset so different of mine (slimppy know what i’m talking about :D), the sound are so good on the new headset and we dont hear everything so we can be focus and dont be disturb by what happend near to you. For the mouse and keyboard i had pretty much the same but they are good i’m playing with it atm.
MiT Kenetaro: The Corasir stuff is really nice. I was happy to see this stuff. I feel good to play with the stuff.
MiT Barracoon: The first impression was definitely positive. We were happy surprise that made us Corsair. Personally I’m still using the correct hardware (as I think the rest of the team). Can not say I find myself yet, but as we all know, it takes time to get used to new devices. But thank you again Corsair.
MiT vANEZ: It was great, the hardware was all excellent, perfect headphones to isolate the most of the noise and the combination keyboard / mouse really shines; a beautiful kit.
